In 1996 I was designing websites for myself and a few friends. Very shortly, to my surprise, my fun little hobby had somehow become a part-time job. This company was named QwikWeb. The idea behind QwikWeb was to build websites much faster than the four week turn around that seemed to be the standard at that time.
By 2004 it became obvious that I needed to dedicate all of my time to web design or simply stop.
With years of business experience, including several years with two advertising agencies, I was confident I could run a great little specialist agency. Renaming the company OnTheWebNow, my associates and I decided to concentrate only on designing, hosting, and maintaining websites. Our clients would be exclusively small businesses like ourselves.
Today we continue with the same philosophy we had in the beginning: Be humble, grow slowly and work with each client as you would a friend.
